Buried in Fall Leaves

We are several weeks into the new fall semester.  I have finished my first project for my 3D foundations class. I put on the final coat of paint on a Low relief piece I was working on. My drawing I class, well just 6 hours a week of drawing still life. I might actually gain some skill at it by the end of the semester. My other 2 classes are just a massive amount of reading about asian art and the islamic religion.  Definitely takes up alot of my time outside of the classroom.
In addition to my academic ventures, I still have to contend with my 40 plus hour a week job. Usually wouldn't be so bad but it is the athletics department and they are quite demanding, especially during football season.  Sporting events during the fall semester are where plus part stacks my work week over 40 hours.
To top everything off, I am making attempts to be more active in campus events.  My first step is joining 2 groups on campus, and both of those group meetings start next week.  The Non Traditional Student Organization begins 12:30 Tuesday. They were also kind enough type up the meeting agenda, should be interesting. The second group is the OSU Photography Club and those meetings start at 7 on Wednesday.  I do not know what to expect from the photography club.  I am a little nervous because of the variety of skill level or experience I will come across.  I am also really excited because I will be around a group of people with the same interest as myself.
No matter how I feel about each of things individually, one thing is for sure, my schedule is full.  Some weeks my schedule will be overflowing.  All of this is a little overwhelming for me, but I will survive the semester.... just with a little less hair.

The Blogger Transfer

I just got done transferring all of the blogs from my personal website to blogger.com.  I will make sure all of my blogs are available on both blogger.com and ThomasHuntJr.com.  Also I received an invite to Google+, we shall see how fast everyone obtains an account on the newest social website.
Update about my ankle; I am still wearing the boot, but I have stopped using the crutches. Still alot of pain but definite improvements, a return to work is most definitely eminent.
Hopefully there will be an update on 4AMStudios.com by the end of next week.  We are working on a skit, I would love to talk about it but I will not ruin it for anyone.

Summer, Videos and the Broken Ankle

WOW! 6 months between updates! What on earth has this guy been doing? Oh yeah that's me. So crazy year thus far. I no longer live in the butt crack of oklahoma(Yale). I have moved back to Stillwater, Oklahoma. Summer started well, spent some time at the lake, moved into the new apartment and broke my ankle. Wait, wha? Yeah that's right broken ankle. I fractured a bone in my ankle an pulled a ligament between my tibia and fibia. OUCH! Leaves me with crutches and frankstein like boot with velcro. How did I break this.... kinky... no, just kidding. I was playing softball and slid into a base. At least my team won... I think.. They might have just told me that to make me feel better while I was in the emergency room.

Hmmm what else? Ok, I had taken a couple years off from school and now I have enrolled to return. Not to NOC, nope I am officially Transferred over to OSU(Oklahoma State University). I have declared Graphic Design as my major and enrolled for classes during Fall 2011. I am taking a religion class, an asian art class, a drawing class and 3D Foundations Studio Class. FUN! eh, we shall see.

Last but not least I have done a little something creative. Ok, not so much creative but I needed to find something to entertain myself. My friend Thom and I find it funny to challenge people to stupid stuff and record them doing it. We have decided to call this series Challenge Accepted. You can find the Challenge Accepted #2 at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZtAe_aAngM&feature=related . well that is all for today check out our videos!
